NIC grew out of Jürgen and Matthias Nussbaumer’s own real estate practice, and out of an insight that reaches beyond it:

Good decisions are rarely made alone. They come from experience, different perspectives and the right people at the right moment.

That thought became NIC.

Matthias Nussbaumer

Licensed real estate trustee with a technical background in mechanical engineering and international professional experience in Europe, the USA and Asia. Matthias made his first own real estate investments at the age of 20 and has consistently shaped his career around real estate and entrepreneurship ever since.

Today Matthias is responsible for corporate strategy, wealth building and portfolio holding as well as transactions and project development. He combines technical understanding with proven market experience and many years of investment practice: from valuation and acquisition through financing and development to building long-term property holdings of his own.

Licensed estate agent and property manager with a technical background and international professional experience in Europe and the USA. Since entering the real estate industry at 21, he has consistently moved his focus from classic transactions to project development, his own investments and the deliberate building of real estate wealth.

Today Jürgen combines technical understanding with in-depth market experience and entrepreneurial drive: from valuation and acquisition through financing and development to the strategic building of long-term property holdings.
